I’ve had several meals from trifecta and I agree if you’re trying to eat clean and get adequate nutrition it’s the better option. They do attempt to lock you in at a minimum of $110/week, $40 more than factor. However, Trifecta meals average $2 less per meal, with 3 additional meals a week. So, an entire week is covered. At $13 a meal before tax and shipping, the price is a bit too steep. I do not recommend it from a budgeting and a taste standpoint. I will say, at $13/meal, I can go to a lot of restaurants near me and have plenty of leftovers compared to eating the factor meal in one sitting.
